Seetha brings deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. Over the course of her career, she has led initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines, support organizations through change, and design learning programs that enable teams to grow and adapt. Her work has also focused on improving retention, enabling internal mobility of high-potential talent, and aligning people strategy with broader business goals. She was recognized as an Economic Times Young Leader in 2018 for her early impact and leadership in the HR profession.
