New York, September 2026: LatentBridge, a full-stack AI innovation partner, today announced the appointment of Shankar Krishnamony as Senior Vice President, Head of Growth as the company scales its presence and client relationships in the United States.
Shankar will lead LatentBridge’s commercial agenda in the U.S., a key strategic market for the company. His responsibilities will include deepening enterprise relationships, expanding strategic accounts, developing long-term opportunities and strengthening partnerships across the ecosystem.
The appointment builds on LatentBridge’s established U.S. business and its work with enterprises adopting AI across complex business and operational environments. The company is increasing its focus on the U.S. while continuing to expand its presence across other regions.
As Senior Vice President, Head of Growth, Shankar will work closely with LatentBridge’s leadership, client teams and partners to further strengthen the company’s position in the market. His remit includes expanding existing relationships, developing new opportunities, sharpening go-to-market execution and helping clients connect AI investment to measurable business outcomes.
Hema Gandhi, CEO of LatentBridge, said:
“Over the last few years, we have built strong capabilities, trusted enterprise relationships and global delivery experience, and the U.S. has become an important part of our business. We want to build on that momentum more deliberately; deepen long-term relationships and create greater business impact for the enterprises we work with.
Our conversations with enterprises are increasingly focused on where AI can materially improve business performance, how it can be integrated into critical workflows, and what is required to operate it with the right governance and control. Shankar brings significant experience working with large enterprises through similar periods of technology and business change. His understanding of the U.S. market, financial services and strategic account development will be important as we strengthen our position in the market.”
Shankar brings extensive leadership experience across industries, with particular depth in banking, insurance, wealth, asset servicing and capital markets, along with a consistent track record of building businesses and enterprise relationships across the U.S. and Europe.
Most recently, at Persistent Systems, he led the company’s insurance business, contributing to market strategy, industry positioning and large transformation opportunities. Prior to that, he served as Chief Growth Officer at SLK Software, where his responsibilities included expanding the company’s U.S. presence across regional banking, insurance and manufacturing, while strengthening account development, sales operations and commercial discipline.
Earlier in his career, Shankar held leadership roles at DXC Technology and Wipro, where he was involved in building and expanding financial services businesses across the U.S. and Europe.
Shankar Krishnamony, Senior Vice President, Head of Growth at LatentBridge, said:
“Enterprises are becoming much more disciplined about where and how they invest in AI. There is greater focus on whether a solution can improve business performance, strengthen customer experience, support better decisions and make critical operations more effective, while meeting the standards of control and reliability expected in an enterprise environment.
“What drew me to LatentBridge is the distinct position the company has built in the market. It combines a strong understanding of enterprise priorities with a genuinely customer-centric approach, staying close to the problems clients are trying to solve and the outcomes they need to deliver. Just as importantly, there is a strong people-centric culture behind the business and a clear sense of purpose in how the company works with its clients and partners. LatentBridge has carved out a differentiated space, particularly in complex and regulated industries, and I see a significant opportunity to build on that position, deepen our relationships and expand the impact we create for clients.”
Shankar’s appointment is one part of a broader push to build out LatentBridge’s U.S. team and client base over the coming year. As enterprises raise the bar on scale, governance, integration and measurable business impact, LatentBridge believes that consultative, relationship-led growth with strong technical capabilities will keep clients through that shift.
