The recognition comes as LatentBridge builds on its established enterprise relationships, global delivery experience and presence in international markets.
LONDON, 8 October 2026: Hema Gandhi, CEO of LatentBridge, has been named One to Watch in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme for 2026, recognising her ambition and achievements in building a global enterprise AI business.
The programme was created by private equity investor LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, in partnership with The Times. Since 2018, it has celebrated the ambition and achievements of hundreds of exceptional entrepreneurs.
This year The LDC Top 50 attracted more than 620 nominations from across the UK, highlighting the depth of ambition among leaders building successful businesses in every region and sector.
The leaders featured are driven by an appetite for growth that is helping to build stronger, more sustainable businesses and a more competitive UK economy. They are expanding internationally, developing new products and services, challenging established markets and investing in their people.
Together, their businesses generate £1.4bn in annual revenues and employ almost 8,500 people. Headquartered in 55 towns and cities, they demonstrate the contribution that medium-sized businesses make to their communities and the wider UK economy.
The Ones to Watch are leaders whose achievements and ambition have already set them apart. Each has made significant progress and shown the potential to take their business even further in the years ahead.
Gandhi joins other leaders recognised in this year's Ones to Watch cohort, including Stuart Clarke, CEO of Blackdot Solutions; Jason Osmond, Co-Founder and CEO of Forge Technologies; and Scott Vincent, CEO of Digital Futures Group. Their businesses span investigative intelligence, enterprise technology and AI.
For LatentBridge, the recognition comes after years of building its enterprise AI business, particularly in banking and financial services. The company has established strong capabilities and trusted client relationships through its work helping large organisations integrate AI into complex, business-critical operations.
With established operations in both the UK and the United States, LatentBridge is expanding its U.S. team and client base, with a focus on growing existing strategic accounts, securing new enterprise engagements and extending its reach across industries.
Hema Gandhi, CEO of LatentBridge, said:
"I'm honoured to be recognised alongside such an accomplished group of business leaders. For me, this is also recognition of the people who have helped build LatentBridge and the clients who have trusted us with some of their most important challenges. We've spent years building the expertise and relationships that define our business today. I'm proud of what we've achieved together, and even more excited about what lies ahead."
For clients, LatentBridge's expansion is intended to bring closer engagement with its U.S. teams, backed by established delivery capabilities across markets. The priority remains practical: understanding the challenges clients face, building solutions around their existing operations and delivering results that make a difference to business performance.
John Garner, Managing Partner at LDC, added:
“This year’s Ones to Watch have already achieved a great deal, but it is their ambition for what comes next that sets them apart. They are building exciting businesses and have demonstrated the ambition needed to thrive. I would like to congratulate them all on their success so far. We look forward to following their progress and seeing where their ambition takes them next.”
