LatentBridge, a global AI innovation partner serving banking, financial services, and legal enterprises, today announced the appointment of Usharani Ramisetty as Delivery Excellence Head, effective January 21, 2026.
The appointment comes at a pivotal stage in LatentBridge’s growth as the company scales enterprise AI deployments across highly regulated industries in the US, UK, the Middle East, and India. With increasing demand for complex, multi-market engagements, LatentBridge continues to strengthen its delivery model to ensure predictable execution, strong governance, and consistent quality across client programs.
In her role, Usha will oversee delivery excellence across LatentBridge’s global programs, with responsibility for execution standards, delivery operations, and scalable program management.
As a member of the LatentBridge leadership team, she will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives progress seamlessly from design through deployment, with clarity, accountability, and quality at scale.
Usha will also oversee delivery excellence for LatentBridge’s AI Labs initiatives, ensuring that research, innovation, and solution development translate smoothly into enterprise-grade implementations.
Usha brings over 19 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery and transformation. She has held senior leadership roles at Oracle and CA Technologies (Broadcom), where she supported large-scale SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise systems used by global customers. Her experience spans automation-led delivery models, cloud modernization programs, and multi-region execution across engineering, quality, and platform operations.
At Oracle, she played a key role in establishing and scaling delivery Center of Excellence, introducing standardized execution models, governance practices, and performance frameworks across distributed global teams. Her experience building mature delivery organizations closely aligns with LatentBridge’s focus on delivering production-ready AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Based in Hyderabad, Usha will play a key role in strengthening LatentBridge’s India delivery hub and supporting the company’s next phase of global growth.
