Active Directory Server Migration

NYB IT Infrastructure is looking for an Active Directory Engineer to support the decommission of the psi.local (legacy-APS) and ny.santanderusa.us domains to SSHUSA which is part of the 2025 BoW2025, an engineer with deep knowledge of Active Directory Engineering and deep understanding in Windows operating systems, in order to understand our environment and changes that needs to be done to make sure migration will be done without issues.

Must Have Skills:
  1. Prior desing and hands on experencience in Active Directory domain migration in a financial institute.
  2. Deep knowledge on DNS and complex infrastructures.
Main tasks:
  1. Documented all the processess.  
  2. Shyncronization and reconciliation of AD structure between two different domains.
  3. GPO analysis and migrations between domains
  4. Define technical and application requirements to prepare the migrations.  
  5. Execute the technical migration of the servers (dev, pre and prod) from the old domain to the new one.
  6. Make the technical post migration validations.
  7. Coordination between differente teams (Spain, US, MX...) for both, infrastructure and application services.

Alveo/Asset Control Resource (MDS)

Primary Responsibilities            

  • The role involves the development and management of the applications/services for which the MDS team has responsibility. 
  • The principal application used for MDS is Alveo Prime (formerly Asset Control +) although other supporting tools written in-house with Java and JavaScript frameworks form an important part of the platform.  
  • At its core, Alveo Prime is used to capture, cleanse, and publish the market data needed by the company according to SLAs in time zones in Europe and Asia.  
  • The Redwood Cronacle scheduler is employed to orchestrate the daily MDS operations ensuring dependencies are met. 
  • Middleware services are provided to connect the MDS to upstream and downstream systems. 
  • The role will involve hands-on involvement in all of the above-mentioned systems and processes. 

The job holder is expected to have a broad knowledge of the various financial asset classes held by the company and to understand the data requirements for valuing them.

The job holder will work closely with the Head of the MDS platform in the following key areas:

BAU Support for MDS platforms

  • Engagement with the nearshore support team to ensure they are capable of Level 1 & 2 support for the MDS (Alveo Prime + Cronacle) and that they are assisted in building a knowledge base and can handle small change items.
  • Be able to quickly diagnose issues reported at L3 and communicate effectively with business and technical groups impacted. 
  • Liaison with data vendors (e.g. Bloomberg) in the event of disruption to the delivery of market data.
  • Meeting production SLAs to upstream/downstream systems.
  • Interacting with Middleware to resolve ESB file delivery issues.
  • Provide support for IPV processes and other Product Control tasks.
  • Be the technical point of contact for Windows/Unix/Database support teams for management of production and DR environments.

Ongoing Development for the MDS platform

  • Liaise with other ISD teams and business areas that require new functionality and products in the MDS. New requirements should be documented and mapped to an implementation plan.
  • Drive the research and development of new services that the MDS can deliver to business areas. For example, providing reporting based on historical analysis of data and enhanced screens for user interaction.
  • Coordination of all aspects of the development cycle including version control, testing, release management, and delivery scheduling.
  • Management of development and testing environments.
  • Work with other developers to co-ordinate project work.
  • The job holder will also work on tasks as directed by their line manager.

Business Analyst – Corporate Finance

10+Yrs Experience | Mumbai (Hybrid-4 days) | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Corporate Finance to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate finance advisory, M&A, or transaction services, combined with proven experience in digital transformation delivery. You will play a critical role in bridging business needs with data-driven, AI/automation-enabled solutions, while engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and deal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate finance and transaction teams to identify, assess, and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
  • Lead use case discovery, value assessment, and ROI/business case development to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct as-is / to-be process analysis and documentation, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements for AI, data, and automation solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on digital transformation within corporate finance and M&A contexts.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including executive-level (C-suite) and deal execution teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, present findings, and deliver impactful communication to drive consensus and adoption.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to corporate finance advisory, M&A, or transaction services.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation within corporate finance or transaction-related functions.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, including executive leadership and deal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of use case discovery, ROI/value assessment, and business case building.
  • Proficiency in process analysis, documentation, and process re-engineering.
  • Ability to convert business challenges into AI/automation/data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML analytics, automation tools (RPA, workflow orchestration, etc.).
  • Consulting background, ideally with a Big 4 or equivalent advisory firm.
  • Familiarity with deal execution tools, virtual data rooms, and transaction management platforms.
