Hema Gandhi is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in financial services. Hema focuses on sales, channelling our consulting ecosystem and partnerships with AI and Robotics platform providers to deliver value to our clients. She brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, managing businesses and execution. She has grown two start-ups and worked in global firms leading sales and delivery teams on large outsourcing deals focused on transformation, optimisation and customer outcome.

Hema has worked at Wipro, Sutherland, EXL and ADM. She established a successful research and analytics firm, Brahmy Solutions, which was subsequently sold to Integreon.  

Venkatesh Ramasamy

Head of Technology and Platform

Venkat is an accomplished Technology Consultant with over 20 years of experience predominantly in the domain of Investment Banking, Asset Management and Inter-dealer brokerage.  As Head of Platform, Venkat is leading the expansion and delivery of albaiTM, LatentBridge’s flagship Pay-As-You-Go SaaS Platform.  

He played a pivotal role in building a research platform at a FTSE 100 asset management company. He has deep expertise in Equity and Fixed Income Risk Management (FRM Certified), straight –through-processing trading systems and Research platforms.   Previously he worked at Schroders, Barclays and BGC Partners, and Tata Elxsi. 

Chandrakumar Ramasamy

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Chandra Kumar Ramasamy (CK) is an exceptional leader with a wealth of experience in the banking and financial services industry.

In a stellar career spanning over 20 years, he has successfully delivered numerous transformation programs and digital initiatives.

As a COO, CK will foster innovation, drive operational excellence, and deliver stronger business outcomes for our customers. Previously, he served as a Transition Director and Delivery Manager at Wipro, where he built several high-performing teams from the ground up.

Rob Scott

MD - Senior Banker, Institutional

Rob has over 25 years of experience in the running and acquisition of front-office business lines and in the commercialisation of global core operations of Investment banks, broker-dealers and investor service business lines, including Bank of America, Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC, Citi, Deutsche Bank and Commerz bank. He was instrumental in creating the first major European outsourcing investment banking global back-office at Accenture (Accenture Post Trade Services).

Rob has written and spoken on many topics surrounding the post trading landscape and its implications to cost containment, business and process transformation and the inclusion of latest FinTech tools in order to solve today’s complex operating problems. He also advises clients on regulatory changes, compliance and commercial reshaping of business models to attain optimal commercial returns.  

Rob currently sits on the Board of the AFME Post Trade division, is the Strategic advisor to the CEO of ISITC Europe and is a Deutsche Borse (Eurex) FICC Board Advisory Committee member.  

Alok Bhalla

Alok Bhalla is a renowned international banker with over 30 years' experience. A specialist in structured fixed income credit and derivatives, he has also notched up notable achievements in trading and structured loans, distressed debt, credit interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives.  

His career has included senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney. He has worked extensively with governments, MNCs and financial institutions across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. Alok is currently involved in consulting with and being on the board of a few technology start-ups.

He currently sits on several multi-national CIO advisory boards ranging from Fujitsu to Computacentre and the founder and director of NeoAde, an innovative management consultancy.
